Electrozad takes another business leap into the London market with the 1971 opening of Electrozad Supply Co. (London) Limited. This location would service the Automotive, Institutional and Food and Beverage Industries.

1972
In 1972, Electrozad joins Copel, a Canadian Group of Independent Electrical Wholesalers that represents a selected group of manufacturers and products.

1977
In 1977, Bryan Smith purchases the company from Mr. Ozad and Mr. Newman and as president, plays a significant role in the growth and expansion of Electrozad into numerous product lines and other markets.

1978
The Electrozad founder, Joseph Ozad dies in 1978.
