The BRK 7030BSLA is a 120V wired in detector that combines a Smoke alarm and Carbon Monoxide Alarm with an LED strobe light for the hearing impaired in a compact package.
The warranty is a full 10 years and even the built-in battery backup is maintenance free with a 10 year life. The built in 177 Candela LED smart strobe flashes a different pattern for smoke vs carbon monoxide.
The LED strobe has a longer life and is much smaller than traditional strobes. These strobes are perfect for the hearing impaired and are also required in some new home builds or renovations.
